Because I also like playing games on the laptop, I was very curious how this would work. To my surprise, the laptop's internal video card still works through the docking. Charging also works, but it indicates that it is charging slowly. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use your own power supply if you use the docking power supply. At least not with my laptop. Otherwise a great device, works quickly, many connections. Was a top choice.

I had been looking for a docking station to make my (home) workplace more comfortable, so that I didn't have to fiddle with cables every morning/evening to get everything connected. The DisplayLink (driver downloadable separately) works fine, and all I have to do is move the USB-C cable from one device to the other.
