We have been looking for a food processor for a while and we found it! I have a family of 5 and then 3.1L contents are a welcome gift! It is a very versatile device. You can chop, cut cubes, grate and even knead dough with it. I've already done the latter, although the KitchenAid wouldn't like it. The contents of the bowl are so nice that you don't have to empty your bowl during grating, for example. Changing the parts is also very easy, so when you are preparing a dish you can rinse the bowl and change the next part. It does make some noise, but it's not overpowering. You can also adjust the slice thickness while turning on the lid. the lid is removable, which is very handy because it is quite a large device. There is also a separate lid that you can use if there is something in the bowl that you want to keep until the next day. All parts are in a separate holder and you can store it in the bowl, so you keep everything neatly together! There are 3 speed functions on it, but in practice you only use the 1st. All parts of the KitchenAid are dishwasher safe, only a significant layer of water will remain in the bottom of the bowl in the dishwasher if it is upside down. All in all I am very satisfied

We started using this machine because we like to work in the kitchen. We have done several things with the machine as I write this review. We made a dough using the dough hooks, we made a puree from parsnip and in addition we made 5 liters of preparation for our company to make 25 liters of sauce. The machine is easy to disassemble, making it easy to clean. An additional advantage is that all parts are dishwasher safe. All in all a wonderful machine with VERY SHARP BLADES! I had my finger open because I didn't realize it could be so sharp. Furthermore, we are only slightly shocked by the size, this machine is gigantic! But that is of course also due to the volume of 3.1 liters. We have a smaller kitchen ourselves and afterwards we might go for a smaller version of +/- 2 litres.

I have been allowed to use this kitchenaid appliance in the kitchen for about three weeks now. The kitchen is really my domain, so I was very curious about this device. When unpacking, it is noticeable that everything feels very solid, it is a really sturdy device. That's nice, it looks anything but vulnerable. It comes with many accessories, which means it can be used for many things. Until now I have made flour, dough for pie, pesto, grated carrots and apples with it, really at home in all markets. Cleaning the parts is easy under the tap or in the dishwasher. And the storage is really great, all parts can be clicked into a holder so that almost everything can be placed in the mixing bowl. All in all, I can recommend this appliance to anyone who loves cooking, what a winner!
