Make your island
Collect blueprints and find the required materials. You can then make a wide range of objects, from tools for daily use to outdoor furniture to make life a little more pleasant for the islanders. Decorate the island in all kinds of creative ways or make bridges, pathways, hills, and rivers to transform the island the way you like it. Just like Rome, the island isn't built in a day. But not to worry, it's not about the destination, it's about the journey!

The paradise
Building paradise alone is boring, right? At the start, there are just a few islanders. But as soon as you start making the island nicer, more and more characters will want to live in your brand new paradise. Build a friendship with other islanders by helping them, sending them presents, organizing photoshoots on the Fotopia island, and more.

4 islanders
Up to 8 players which are registered as users on a Nintendo Switch system can live in the island community. You can also play with 4 islanders on the same system at the same time.

Maximum 8 players
You can also play with 8 players wirelessly, both online and locally, and visit each other's islands or invite others to come to your island. You can also trade items, compete in animal catching competitions, or just enjoy the island life together.

A lively world
It's a lush world. Seasons change, time passes by, and the islanders do their thing. Even when you're not around, the island life goes on. Experience the charm and unique things every season brings!

Special holidays
Listen to the daily announcements of Tom Nooks to stay up-to-date about the goings-on on the island. Temporary events, such as special holidays and fishing tournaments, come and go. So there's something for you to do every day!
