You must enter both your mobile number and your email and both must be verified. In addition, a password has to be created and a few choices have to be made for location determination, etc. Not surprising if you are going to use this lock as a regular, but for occasionally too complicated. It raises too many questions. Alternatively, there is the PIN code. I've had a number of people try the pin code after reading a written instruction and showing them an instructional movie from bold and no one got it right the first time. It's not nice if you can't open the door of your holiday home after a long journey. A lock that works with a code panel is much more convenient.
