solar panel contributes little, does not meet expectations

  • 25% charged via the solar panel in full sun in 1 day (south of France)

The unique feature of charging via a solar panel does not really work. After a full day in the sun, 25% is charged, tested at a temperature of 25° and 30°

Returned this product because even after 4 days in the full sun in the garden, the power bank was still not charged. The device is unnecessarily large due to the useless solar panel. The mAh certainly seems to be right, it's nice that it has a USB-C input/output. We had ordered two and both devices would not charge with sunlight. Asked Xtorm customer service about this, we only get evasive answers. Xtorm makes more compact models that are also waterproof.
