After my previous iPhone 5s broke after more than five years of loyal service after an accident, I quickly needed a new one. The Iphone SE 2020 was already the best buy in terms of price/performance, but this A-grade refurbished is an even better choice. Best processor, good performance, good battery life. I now got an apparently new one, not a single scratch could be found, really “as new” for a cheaper price but with a two-year warranty. Ordered and it was delivered the next day. I would without a doubt purchase this again from Coolblue. Just a reliable top device for a better price.

The battery condition of the device I bought was only 82% and it doesn't perform like a new IPhone at all. The employee told me that I could only get 100% if I bought a new device and I had to be satisfied with my second-hand purchase. I argued that I was not buying second-hand but a refurbished device and I expected more from it in terms of battery capacity. I was able to exchange my device for another with 87% capacity, which I am still not satisfied with. I find the phrase on the website deceptive and a lottery. You can get one with battery capacity 87 or 95 but it's a lottery because as the employee said: you only know how much capacity once the device has been purchased.
