With this Philips Hue Play Gradient Light Strip, you create a unique light effect behind your television with a size of 75 inches or more. The LED strip has a color sequence, so it can smoothly blend together different colors at the same time. This way, the whole room lights up in the colors of an exciting movie or when you play a game. You can easily set up the LED strip by attaching it to the back of your television. To use this lighting, you need a Hue Bridge and the Hue Sync Box. You can connect your Hue lights to your entertainment system via the Hue Sync app on your phone, so the connected lights react to the colors on your screen.

The light strip meets expectations. During the day the effect is less visible than at night, this may also be due to the curved TV, which means that the strip is further away from the wall. The light strip works much better than the separate Hue play lamps!

Gives a nicer effect than the loose lamps I had before.. Too bad the bottom of the TV is not covered by the strip, maybe Philips should develop a separate strip for the bottom
