With the Braun MultiQuick 9 MQ9187XLI Black, you get an immersion blender, a food processor, and a complete accessory set. Thanks to the high power of 1200W, the immersion blender effortlessly purees and blends hard ingredients. The immersion blender foot also moves up and down, so it can puree even the hardest pieces. The anti-splash design ensures your kitchen stays clean. For large amounts, use the XL food processor. You can use it to grate carrots, cut potatoes into fries, or knead dough. The smaller food chopper is suitable to crush ice for your smoothie or to make a nice pesto. After use, you can easily clean the immersion blender and accessories in the dishwasher.

Top thing, expensive but well worth it!
- Stick blender like crazy!
- Almost all parts are dishwasher safe
- Also easy to wash by hand
- Child lock - you have to push a 2nd button for it to start but this is less of a nuisance than I feared. So don't stress too much.

a winner among the mixers
I've had several mixers that only lasted a limited time. Up to 1 year. Cheap is not always better ... I know ... but still I was caught every time - if a mixer was offered for a 20 to 30 €; I bought this as a spare. And I was tired of that. In addition, I really shouldn't try nuts and ice with that cheap one, because then the mixers were really in the soup very quickly. But this is really a powerful good mixer. Am really satisfied with my purchase of this BRAUN MultiQuick 9 MQ9147X ... and then to know that I get another cashback from Braun of 40 € 2 x happy now.

- Child lock - you have to push a 2nd button for it to start but this is less of a nuisance than I feared. So don't stress too much.
Always had cheap hand blenders and mini food processors for this. Mini food processors kept breaking, stick blender was not that powerful. Mini food processor seems a lot sturdier, stick blender is much more powerful. Smoothies can also be easily made with the immersion blender in the supplied cup, it will work fine through the frozen fruit! By sliding the blade up and down, you can also puree the bits at the bottom of the pan/bake well. This sliding up and down also makes cleaning easier.
