The Cullmann Rondo 460M Ball Head RB8.5 is a sturdy tripod and monopod in one with a ball head. Detach 1 leg from the tripod and use this as a monopod. That means you can switch points of view more easily while you take photos. Adjust the legs individually on uneven surfaces, so the tripod is positioned straight. You can check if it's straight with the spirit level. To make sure the tripod remains securely in place, you can attach extra weight to the hook at the bottom of the center column. This way, the tripod won't tip over in the wind. The Rondo 460M has a maximum working height of 159.5 centimeters. When its completely collapsed, the tripod is 43.5 centimeters long. Thanks to its camera weight capacity of 4 kilograms, you can use this tripod for SLR cameras.

Since I'm a layman and this is my first tripod, I don't have anything to compare it to, but it comes across as solid and the spirit level is a good added value. The packaging is a bit less and the tuning method is not very intuitive.
