Tado Smart Thermostat V3+ Starter Pack + 2 Radiator Knobs

First of all, Tado is not smart. It is a clock thermostat connected to the internet. The thermostat does not learn your living rhythm. The wall thermostat is a box of cheap white plastic, which will undoubtedly yellow over time. The 'display' on the wall thermostat is basically useless. The radiator thermostat has a rotating ring for setting the temperature. This ring rattles and feels anything but solid. I found the climate comfort function in the Tado app. The information shown here is available for free through numerous weather service APIs. So nothing special. The information about the indoor climate is not very telling. A combination of temperature and humidity. While CO2 is a much more important factor. Unfortunately, Tado lacks this sensor. Tado also does not have a presence sensor. That means that for it to work optimally, everyone in the house must have the App installed, including the children and the nanny. Not realistic. the possibilities and compatibility with common boilers is great. You should check the compatibility of the radiator valves on the forums. size is M30, adapter available or included.

Before I made my purchase, I inquired with Tado whether the set also fits Plieger radiator valves. Plieger is not in their compatibility list. I have also added photos as described on the Tado website. I got the answer that it would fit without tools. So ordered the set from Coolblue. (very fast delivery 5 stars) But unfortunately ..... it does not fit. Tado emailed again but they say they can't offer a solution. So now I bought the set based on false information. There are adapters for printing (3D) but Tado does not want to meet you with that. Too bad Tado doesn't offer solutions and misinformation. Now I might just have to send the set back and look for another smart thermostat.
