Description

The DeWalt DWE6423-QS is a compact random orbital sander that easy to use with one hand. It's lightweight, has an anti-slip handle, and limits the vibrations. As a result, long-term sanding with the DWE6423-QS is no problem. The sanding pad has a diameter of 125 millimeters and makes up to 12,000 oscillations per minute. Less is also possible if the job requires it, because you can set the sanding speed yourself. While you're working, a lot of dust is released, but this is immediately sucked up into the included dust bag.

Great purchase. I should have done much sooner

After purchasing I immediately sanded a number of doors, including garage doors. I noticed immediately that the device vibrates little. This way I can easily keep sanding for a long time. The sanding result was good and went quickly. Also nice that you can adjust the speed. This also allows you to sand slowly/carefully. The length of the cord was fine. Nice and long, so I didn't always need an extension cord. While sanding my front door, I noticed that the device produces very little dust. Even without a vacuum cleaner. So I could easily sand inside with it, without everything immediately being covered with dust.

I first borrowed the neighbor's random orbit sander for my jobs, a Metabo. Great thing, just not speed adjustable and I couldn't connect it to my (construction) vacuum cleaner. Because when you sand you always get dust, sometimes a lot of dust! And what a blessing it is that you can connect the vacuum cleaner to it. After some orientation in various hardware stores and online, this DeWalt came out as the best for me. And you know what? In reality, it is well worth the money! Coolblue's (delivery) service is also top notch. Before you think twice, wait: I have no shares in DeWalt, nor in Coolblue! Have fun sanding!
