Description

The Sharp R-941 BKW has a power of 1050W, so it heats up your meals quickly. Thanks to the inverter technology, you can evenly heat up your plate of yesterday's curry. The microwave has a diameter of 36.2cm, so there's enough room on the turntable for a large dish of lasagna. In addition, the upper heat, flexible oven space, grill, and fan function give you a lot of freedom to prepare your meals. The microwave has two rack levels, so you can make two pizzas at once. Thanks to the special pizza setting, your pizza will have a nice and crispy bottom.

A practical large combi microwave

We wanted to have a combi oven (not built-in) in which large oven dishes can also be easily placed. This is possible with this Sharp.

Great if you REALLY want to go above 225°C!

  • Is the only one that could replace our 22 year old Whirlpool topper.
  • The temperature is accurate, which was not the case with previous ovens
  • The 40 liter capacity without being significantly larger than our previous 32 liter
  • Doesn't have a clock, but we knew that in advance

For us, reaching a temperature of 230 to 240 °C was the most important criterion when purchasing. Had 2 Whirlpools in use, the oldest that could go up to 230°C had failed. We were very satisfied with Whirlpool, but they no longer offer any oven that can go higher than 200 °C. This Sharp is only slightly higher than our previous one, but its capacity is 40 liters, which is also exceptional for an oven in this price range. The only regret we have discovered so far is the quality of the high and low grid. We use those from our Whirlpool because they are indestructible. It is a robust, well-finished oven. How long it will last remains a question mark. We have no experience with Sharp.

was looking for a larger combi microwave that can also accommodate a baking tray. Oven picked up just before Christmas, top services in the store in Rotterdam. Used it a lot at Christmas. Takes some getting used to to the controls, but after that it's super easy to use.
