The brush under the robot is also cleaned when the dust is emptied into the dust bag, the brush then turns the other way and hairs are also removed. You can also set cleaning schedules, but I haven't tried that yet. The size is also fine, the robot is quite low and not very big in diameter compared to many other robots, so it can get under almost everything under cabinets and chairs. My 80 year old mother also has one, she is very happy with it, can handle the app well and is very satisfied with the performance of Eufy, she doesn't want to be without it anymore.
