Nice product, shame about the standard error after each use

Please note: this product has a production error. After each use it goes into an error mode and you have to restart. Apparently it always thinks the engine is overheated (even if you haven't used it for 2 days). Google shows that everyone experiences this problem!

Great device that works very well except for 1 thing.

My girlfriend makes the most delicious ice cream with this device. It also looks incredibly beautiful. The design is also robust. There is one disadvantage: I think due to a software error it is not possible to supply the device with constant voltage. This causes Error 1 (motor overheating) the next time it is used after about 24 hours. However, this is not the case of course, the motor is still cool. After a reset by removing the plug, the device works properly again. That is why I gave it 1 star less, which is a shame. As a workaround I put a switch in between.

Great device

  • Really tasty ice cream, milkshakes and frozen yogurt
  • Simple and intuitive to use
  • Nice and narrow
  • Lots of noise, luckily only for a few minutes

It works fantastic. What is important so that your knife and containers remain intact: you must freeze the containers upright, they should not be tilted, do not use frozen fresh fruit, hard pieces such as nuts. If the ice cream is still a bit icy, use the respondents, then it will be really nice and creamy.
