Philips Series 6000 BRL136/00

My previous ladyshave was also from Philips and I have now replaced it after 30 years of loyal service. I hope this one lasts that long too. I chose this one because it is cordless and can also be used in the shower. In the shower I find it especially useful for my legs. I prefer to shave dry the bikini line and armpits. An electric shaver gives a slightly less close shave than razors, but I no longer get ingrown hairs or bleeding. Still, it shaves closer than my old one. Because I have very sensitive skin, I don't dare use the exfoliating glove immediately after shaving, but it is also very nice between shaves. Nice that it was included. I don't use the other accessories. The only thing I'm missing is a bag or something like that to store the shaver in. It's also a pity that there is no plug on the cord for charging, but most people do have one at home. The flexible shaving head is the silver-colored part, which is indeed pleasant when shaving the armpits, for example.

I like that the device is wireless and has a long battery life, which is ideal for both everyday use and travel. The only downside is that the device is a little louder than I expected. Overall, however, the Philips Series 6000 BRL136/00 offers a great balance between performance and ease of use.

The Philips lady shaver arrived in a nice compact box, full of all kinds of accessories. Including multiple attachments, a glove, a cleaning brush, a storage bag, and a cord for a USB charger. My very old lady shaver did not come with a brush, a big plus that this lady shaver does come with one! After unpacking the box, I noticed that the lady shaver is beautifully and sleekly designed and feels comfortable in the hand. The manual stated that the Philips lady shaver had to be connected to the charger before it could be used. From the supplied manual, I could not fully understand whether it was necessary to use the glove and why. Fortunately, this is clearly stated on the Coolblue website. The next day I used the Philips lady shaver and I am very satisfied! Although I have to say that I had to go over the same spot several times. In the meantime I have also used the lady shaver in the shower, no more cuts or bumps, I think it is ideal!
