Use the included fruit roll mat. The food dehydrator heats up quickly, thanks to its 700W power. That's useful, because it allows you to get started quickly. You can also manually set the desired temperature between 35°C and 85°C via the display. This allows you to dry herbs and fruit at a low temperature, and dry meat at a high temperature. You also know exactly when your ingredients are dried with the timer.
