big smartphone I have never used a foldable smartphone before, so I was very curious! The Flip 4 has a beautiful and sleek design. I especially like that this device is so small when you fold it. This makes it easy to fit in my pocket, which is not possible with most smartphones. Opening and closing is quite difficult. After a week it goes a bit more smoothly, but I really need 2 hands for it. Also unfolded I need 2 hands to use the Flip 4. Compared to other smartphones, it is quite narrow and elongated. The weight is mainly at the top, so it seems to tip out of my hand when I use one hand. Large screen, fold not disturbing The screen is large and bright. The fold in the middle is present, but I hardly notice it. I can barely see him straight ahead. Also, I almost don't feel the crease, because I make most of the movements at the bottom of the screen. What strikes me is that this smartphone quickly heats up during use. Pick up and hang up by opening and closing This Flip 4 is called the modern version of the old-fashioned flip phone. I had to adjust some settings, but after that it works. When I got a call, I could answer by opening the phone. And hang up by closing it again. Very nice! Drop to watch video When I fold the Flip 4 at a 90 degree angle and put it down, it just stays that way. That way I have my hands free during video calling. It also came in handy when my dishwasher suddenly stopped working. I opened a YouTube video with a solution and was able to watch it so easily while I was repairing the dishwasher. Great cameras The cameras are of good quality. During the day I take clear pictures from both far and near. Since there is no telephoto lens, I do see a loss of quality when zooming in. With the wide-angle lens I photographed larger buildings. The Flip 4 doesn't have a macro lens for close-up photos, but I didn't miss it right away. I was able to take beautiful pictures of insects and flowers. Battery life Unfortunately, Flip 4 has a small battery compared to other smartphones. The smartphone lasted a whole day on a working day at home fairly easily. During my trips to the office I use more social media and other apps. Then I see the battery drain quite quickly. While charging, the Flip 4 gets quite warm.

It is a nice device to use. But despite the fact that it should be an improvement over the Flip 3, the hinge remains the Achilles heel of the device. Broke after three months. Fortunately, Coolblue has good service. Doubt whether you can recommend the product.

First time in my life I switched from the Apple iPhone 13 to Samsung because of the nice design and I was really afraid of it, but I'm an Apple fan, but wrongly, it's really great and everything is pretty much the same!
