Works perfectly, but combi basket and bin not really practic

  • Bakes delicious fries and other snacks
  • Warms up quickly
  • Easy to clean
  • You pull the basket and tray together from the device after which you have to put the hot tray on the counter

It bakes delicious snacks and is easy to clean (dishwasher and cloth) but it is difficult that during baking you pull out the basket (with handle) together with the container and then have to separate it to shake the chips, for example. Then you have a hot separate container that you have to put somewhere on your counter. My previous Philips airfryer had a kind of drawer so that you could simply remove the basket and keep the box in place/on the quay.

Tasty fries

  • Easy in use
  • Quick to temperature
  • Big enough for at least 4 people
  • You have to remove the basket at the same time as the container

We have not had an airfryer or deep fryer before this. We got the unhealthy snacks from the local chip shop or we used oven chips. We never got the fries right out of the oven. It is and remained a weak intention, no matter how long and which chips we put in it. With the airfryer this is really a thing of the past. Set the temperature, put frozen fries in it, or pre-fried fresh fries, and you'll have them wonderfully crispy within 20 minutes if you use fresh fries. You can also make nice and crispy "baked" variants with the regular potatoes. The bitterballen came out great too! Totally happy with it as an alternative to the chip shop and fries farmer. There is also an app on the airfryer where you can get recipes from. If you want to airfry several things at the same time, then you have a challenge. Vegetables should be at a time/temp than meat for example. You will then have to use the airfryer in addition to cooking/baking. In addition to being easy to operate, the food is also ready quickly. You do not have to preheat and afterwards it is easy to clean. Great in use.

Good purchase

  • Basket is an absolute improvement over the grid Philips previously had
  • Bakes quickly (much faster than the oven)
  • Doesn't make too much noise
  • No preheating function

I bought this to replace an old Philips Airfryer and I am pleasantly surprised that they have renewed the basket. Previously they had such a grid basket that was impossible to clean. This is a non-stick coating that you can just clean and has no weird, unreachable corners. Can also be put in the dishwasher, which is nice. Snacks come out fine, only croquettes sometimes take a few minutes longer, this is something to try. What I find strange is that there is no function for preheating. I think this is the reason that some snacks do take a little longer, because it probably won't be hot within seconds. But that's not a big problem. Furthermore, it does not make too much noise, it is even relatively quiet compared to the previous one. All in all a good purchase :)
