Fantastic product if you are not busy with keyboard or mouse during the (remote call) video. Because the sound of the latter is very audible, even if the mic is not aimed at it.

I bought this for my home office use, and it works really good connected to my Macbook via USB-C. So it sits on a tripod and not a camera. The audio quality is really good and the Mic has a lot of gain. I also have the Videomicro and the audio quality of the Videomicro Go II sounds better. Lots of options on the Rode Central app too if you do things like podcasts or streaming.

In itself, this is a top microphone if you want an external microphone to record more focused sound instead of the internal microphone of your camera. Especially for the price. Only it didn't work out for me because I missed the slightly fuller "bass" sound and I mainly wanted to use it in the club/festival environment, but with loud sound (above 100db) you hear it coming in with overdrive. So if you are looking for a microphone for that situation, I recommend that you look for another one. This is a top microphone for simple interviews, vlogging, etc.
