Zoom ring reversed compared to many other lenses.

Very fine lens: it is a compact and light lens that is also very sharp, even wide-open. Ideal to take with you on an APS-C camera. Nice zoom range, focuses quickly and is well built, even has some weather resistance. The only drawback I experience is the absence of optical stabilization and it takes some getting used to that the zoom ring works in reverse.

I was doing tests comparing it with the sony 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6, and obviously you always get better results with the sigma, but in situations of good light conditions, there is not so much difference.
