With the Neomounts NM-D775BLACKPLUS Monitor Arm Gas Spring High Capacity Black, you can work on your ultrawide (curved) monitor in an ergonomic and comfortable way. The arm is easy to mount on your desk with the included clamp. You can attach a screen with a size of up to 49 inches to the desk arm. Simply set the screen to the right angle or rotate it so you can work on the screen with a more ergonomically-sound posture. You can run the cables through the cable duct to keep them neatly out of sight, which you hide with the screw-on plates. This monitor arm can carry up to 18kg, so you can attach nearly any monitor to the arm.

In itself a very nice monitor arm with a lot of freedom of movement. However, it won't handle my Samsung Odyssey G9, hangs no matter how tight you tighten. With every movement, the screen drops down. The gas spring holds up fine, but the screen points downwards.

The product was great, however today 1 year after purchase I ran into my screen hanging down this morning. In step 6 of the manual at the bottom right, the head that causes tilting has failed. My screen of 13 kg. (18kg max advised) was apparently too heavy. This has been cut back as 8 (4 each side) small plastic pins (1mm in size) are used here to support the weight. These broke down sometime between last night and this morning and dropped my screen. Warranty makes no sense since I will then again get plastic things. I'm trying to solve it by drilling out the old plastic pins and replacing them with steel pins. It is therefore not suitable for heavy screens.

Bought this monitor arm to free up more space for gaming (FPS Games - slow mouse speed) But also to create a beautiful but minimalistic view of my work/game place. All in all I am very satisfied with this monitor arm.
