Description
Store all your music, photos and projects with the WD My Passport 2TB Blue. This external hard drive is more compact and thinner than its predecessor, making it easy to take with you. The My Passport is only 8.1 by 11 centimeters. Connect it to your laptop or desktop and transfer all your files via USB 3.0. Thanks to plug and play, you can get started right away. Do you want to make backups? This is done automatically via the WD Backup software. You can decide whether you want to do this continuously in the background, or at a fixed time. Easily set a password. This way, no one has access to your private files.

Fast, silent transfer of files. Supplied software ensures that you can get everything out of the product. I just use it as simple storage, so I don't need it, but it's nice that it can be done. I strongly believe that it is useful to buy a protective cover for it if you want to move it a lot.

It worked very well and fast on my current, up-to-date Windows 10 laptop. Things are a bit more difficult with my old Windows 7 beast, but that problem is probably with my laptop. An absolute must for anyone who does not want to use it for a laptop of 15 years old.
