Description

With the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9000 HX9917/88, you're sure of good oral hygiene. You can choose from 4 different brushing modes, like the mode for whiter teeth or for sensitive teeth. You can also choose from 3 intensities, so you adjust the brushing movements to your teeth. Not sure what to choose? Thanks to the microchip in the brush attachment, the toothbrush can also choose the best settings for you. The accompanying smartphone app will coach you when you brush. This way, you see when you skip a spot, or if you press too hard, or if you need to brush some problem areas better. You'll also see when you need to replace your brush attachments. It's possible to charge the toothbrush in the travel pouch or with the charging glass.

Nice toothbrush that breaks easily

  • Sonicare really cleans very finely and thoroughly
  • Every Sonicare I've had breaks down around 2 years old, the motor then comes loose from the toothbrush

I have had Sonicare toothbrushes for years and they brush really well, but they always break after about 2-3 years. Then the motor comes loose from the toothbrush and it only makes a lot of noise, but no more brushing takes place. As long as this happens within 2 years, it is not a problem because you will then receive a new one under the warranty.

Wow, I have to say I'm quite impressed with the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9000 HX9917/89 toothbrush! When it comes to brushing my teeth, I never knew I could enjoy it so much. First of all, this toothbrush looks really sleek. And the travel case is super handy when you're on the go. But what really counts are the results. This toothbrush really cleans thoroughly. My teeth and gums feel cleaner and healthier after every brushing. And with all the different brushing modes, I can choose what suits my needs best - kind of like a spa treatment for my mouth! The app connectivity may sound like overkill, but I have to say it's pretty cool. It's like having a personal dentist in your pocket. It keeps track of your brushing habits and gives you tips for a healthier mouth. Seriously useful. Charging with that glass is a bit fancy, and the battery life is great. I never have to worry about the battery running out, even when I go on a longer trip.
