Description
The NETGEAR GS728TP is a network switch for the server room of medium-sized companies. With this switch, you can add 24 connectors to your business network. These ports are suitable for Power over Ethernet, so you can power devices like access points. Of these ports, 8 are suitable for PoE+ so you can connect more demanding devices like access points and IP cameras. On the 4 SFP ports, you can connect a fiber optic connection for a fast connection with another switch or to the internet. Thanks to Quality of Service, you can give priority to important services like telephony over the other network traffic. That way, that important phone call isn't lost when your colleague is downloading updates.
