If you have wireless Beats earbuds, you'll have to connect them to your smartphone via Bluetooth. In the case of fully wireless Beats earbuds, you open the case to activate pairing mode. It's important that the connection between the earbuds and the playback device is stable. If it's not, the sound will stutter. In that case, you can try the following:

• Turn off all other Bluetooth devices nearby.
• Don't stand too close to appliances like microwaves and fridges, since these interfere with the Bluetooth signal.
• Keep your smartphone in your hands or front pocket, don't put it in your bag or back pocket.
