Design
The G PRO X 2 Lightspeed has a professional look and a beautiful finish. I use this gaming headset wirelessly via the Bluetooth USB dongle, but I can also use it with a 3.5 millimeter or USB-C cable. I can also easily connect it to my phone via Bluetooth. There are various buttons on the left earcup, such as the on/off button, volume control wheel, mute button for the microphone and a Bluetooth button. This is very nice because I have all the buttons at hand. You can detach the microphone from the headset, so you can also use the headset without a microphone. This makes it easy for me to use the Logitech G PRO X when I'm at work or listening to music on my phone.
Gaming with the Logitech G Pro X 2
This gaming headset is not too heavy, but not too light either. This makes the headset feel nice on my head, especially when I play games for a longer period of time. I do feel it pressing more above my ears when I wear the headset for a long time. This can make this headset feel more annoying for people who wear glasses. The sound is clear and it has good surround sound. The ear cups fit well around my ears, but I still hear a lot of ambient noise. This makes this headset less suitable if you game in a room where other people come.
Logitech G Hub
I adjust the settings of the Logitech G PRO X 2 via the Logitech G Hub. Here, for example, I choose a profile such as FPS or MOBA via the equalizer so that I have the best sound while gaming. I can also adjust the surround sound, so that, for example, the volume behind me is louder than the volume in front of me. I also have different profiles to choose from, such as sports and entertainment. This gives me the right profile when I watch F1 or a movie. I also adjust the microphone settings here via the BLUE Voice. This is useful when you stream, so that your viewers can hear you clearly.
