A food processor normally takes up a lot of space and that's one reason why I didn't have one until a while ago. Now that I work at home a lot and therefore sometimes spend my travel time at home in front of the TV, I regularly see a food processor appearing in a cooking item in a program such as Binnenste Buiten and that aroused my interest. This machine is nice and compact, but it does have the basic functions of a food processor. It's quiet, the 3 attachments that come standard are easy to assemble and remove and the aluminum bowl is great!
I have already made a number of recipes and used this machine frequently and I have to say that it is really great. The dough is well mixed and kneaded (including bread dough) and the whisk works perfectly! I would definitely recommend this machine if you don't want to spend too much space (and money, because it is also quite reasonably priced) on a machine. And Bosch has top-notch customer service, so if there's a problem, it'll be solved for you right away (I know about a sander), so that's fine too.
