- Choose 'General' in the settings app.
- Tap 'iPhone storage'. Your iPhone will now load the data.
- At the top, you can see how many GB of storage your device has in total.
What determines the condition of your old smartphone?

Does your device have a damaged screen, isn't it SIM free, or is the battery no longer good? Your device is damaged and you receive less trade-in value.
