From 13 September 2024 until 29 September 2024, you'll receive a € 20 extra trade-in discount if you trade in your smartphone for an Apple iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max. We add this amount to the regular trade-in value. After purchase, you have 30 days to trade in your old smartphone with us. For example, if you buy an Apple iPhone 16 Pro on 29 September, you have 30 days to trade in your old device. You can only trade in your old smartphone in one of our stores.
How does iPhone Upgrade work?
- Buy your new iPhone online via our website and have it delivered to you.
- Transfer all data on your old device to your new iPhone. This way, you won't lose any photos or contacts.
- Visit the store within 30 days and trade in your old smartphone.
We determine the trade-in value of your old smartphone in the store. You'll receive the amount as CoolblueCredit or in your bank account within 7 working days.
