Other errors
Do you have one of the malfunctions below? The electronics won't function properly due to a malfunction or defect. Bosch recommends having this checked out by a technician:
- E08 or E09
- E24 or E25
- E63
- E90
Error 'empty reservoir' appears
When the light for the condenser reservoir comes on, the container is full. Remove the reservoir from the dryer and empty it in the sink. When you put the container back and start the dryer cycle, the notification should disappear. Is your dryer connected to the water drain and do you still see this error? Check the manual to learn how you can manually turn off the light. Also make sure there's no loop in the drain hose. In addition, the drain shouldn't be higher up than 1m.
Problem not solved?
Clean the condenser, just to be sure. With a condenser dryer, you take the condenser out of the dryer and rinse it under the faucet. With a heat pump dryer, the condenser is fixed. You can clean it from the outside with a vacuum brush. It can also help to unplug the connector from the socket for 30 minutes and restart the dryer cycle. Still see the error? Contact the customer service if the dryer is still covered by the warranty. Or contact the Bosch service point.
