Not every laptop is suitable for playing VR games. When a laptop meets at least the following requirements, you can be sure that it's suitable for VR.

Use VR headset

In addition to a good video card, you also have to keep other specifications in mind. Think of an Intel Core i7 or AMD Ryzen 7 processor and the connectors on your laptop. For the HTC Vive VR headset, you need an extra DisplayPort and a USB-C connector for the Meta Quest 2. In addition, you need at least 8GB RAM for every VR headset.
