If you want to listen to music, you'll have to connect the headphones to your smartphone via Bluetooth. Do you have an iPhone? Press the on/off button for 1 second and hold the headphones near your phone. Your iPhone will now display a screen where you can connect the headphones. Do you have an Android device? It's important that the connection between the headphones and the playback device is stable. If it isn't, the sound will stutter. You can try the following:
- Turn off all other Bluetooth devices nearby.
- Don't stand too close to appliances like microwaves and fridges, since these can interfere with the Bluetooth signal.
- Keep your smartphone in your hands or front pocket, not in your bag or back pocket.
