Sometimes, the solution is to install the latest software on your smartphone. You can install the latest version on your device with the following steps.
- Make sure the device is charged for at least 60%. Otherwise, connect the smartphone to the charger.

- Tap the cogwheel icon to go to Settings.
- Scroll down and choose for Software update.
- Is there an update available? Choose Download now.
- After downloading, tap Update now.
