5 tips for EA Sports FC Ultimate Team

Each year, you can create your Ultimate Team again. You want the best players, but you don't have coins and FIFA points. We'll give 5 tips, so you can get started with your FUT team.

When you launch EA Sports FC Ultimate Team for the first time, you have to complete Squad Building Challenges. These challenges award you packs which contain players. With these players, you can complete even more SBCs, or you can add them to your team. These SBCs will make you money. With this money, you can create your starter team. And with that team, you can earn more packs and coins.

Your first team doesn't have to be good. You can use this team against the computer in Squad Battles, or as basis for online Division Rivals. These 2 game modes award pack on Sunday night and Thursday afternoon. The more you play, the more you'll get. You can sell the contents of these packs on the transfer market, or you can put them in your team. This way, you can easily buy upgrades or collect new players. Aren't you a fan of playing against a computer? Mainly play Division Rivals and climb the online rankings.

In the second week after the EA Sports FC release, the Weekend League opens. During this competition, you'll play 20 matches which all take place in the weekend. You can qualify for the Weekend League by playing a lot of Division Rivals. Note that the Weekend League does take a lot of effort. The best players come together to compete for the biggest prizes. If you manage to reach a nice score, you'll receive nice packs. The Weekend League is the best way to earn a lot of coins.

You often get a player from a package you can't use. Or you have a favorite player, but that card isn't that good. Since EA Sports FC 24, EA has a solution for this: Evolutions. In Evolutions, you can upgrade a card to make it better. This is how you turn your favorite bronze player into a gold card. Simply complete challenges with the card and it'll upgrade. This creates more differences between teams and new good players.

Your coins are important in EA Sports FC Ultimate Team. With the coins, you can buy upgrades for your team. When you sell players, you'll get 95% of the sell price back. The other 5% disappears. That's why you shouldn't sell your team all the time. This way, you'll lose many coins to 'EA tax' in the long run. Also keep in mind when you by new players. Players are often more affordable after the Weekend League, because people sell their team. Many players will also appear on the market during the Friday evening promotions, which makes the prices drop. These are the times during which you can get new additions for your team.
