It's important to keep your Sennheiser earbuds up to date. In the Sennheiser Smart Connect app, you can download the latest firmware update for your earbuds. In the app, tap the cogwheel on the top right and select the firmware update.

Step 2: deactivate Smart Pause

Is the problem is still not solved after the update? Deactivate Smart Pause. In the Sennheiser Smart Control app, press the cogwheel on the top right. Search for 'Smart Pause' and disable it.
