Order your iPhone 16 in the store or online
A couple of popular iPhone 16 models are sold out online. This means you can only order them in the store at this time. Go to a Coolblue store and place your order there. You'll receive your iPhone 16 as soon as we get new ones in stock. This can take up to 8 weeks. You can't order online or via the customer service, only in the store. Is the iPhone 16 model you want available online? You can simply order it via the website and you'll receive it the next day.
When will all models be available online again?
We don't know yet. There's currently not a lot of stock. As soon as we receive new models, they'll go to the customers who placed their order in the store first. As soon as all of those customers have received their device, all iPhone 16 models will be available online again. From that moment, ordered today, delivered tomorrow applies again. Trade in your old device and receive € 20 extra trade-in value
Want a discount on your iPhone 16? Trade in your device via our upgrade service. After you receive your new iPhone, you have 30 days to trade in your old device. You do this in the store, where our expert determines the definitive trade-in value. This depends on the model you trade in and the condition of the device, among other things. In addition to the standard trade-in value, you’ll also receive € 20 extra trade-in value until 29 September. Trading in your iPhone 13, for example? You’ll receive up to € 295 standard trade-in value and € 20 extra, so a total of € 315.
