Thanks to the Object Detection, the robot recognizes your belongings. If toys or shoes are in the way, the robot will go around them. This means you won't have to clean the entire floor before the robot can start cleaning. Convenient, because this makes your robot vacuum a lot more independent and saves you a hassle.

The smart technologies of the j5+ are the same as those of the j7+. The robot increases its suction power if it detects a lot of dirt thanks to DirtDetect. The robot doesn't continue until the dirt is gone. With Object Detection, you prevent the robot from getting stuck. It won't accidentally vacuum your cables or the tennis ball of your dog. That way, you don't have to worry about your vacuum cleaning while you're not home.

The base station of the j9+ is the most extensive. Here, the robot empties its built-in dust cup and refills its water tank. Thanks to this, you don't have to refill the water tank in the robot yourself all the time. If the robot notices a full dust cup or empty water tank, it'll automatically drive back to the base. This is also where it charges its battery.

The j7+ empties its built-in dust cup in the base station. The dirt ends up in the sealed vacuum cleaner bag. You can throw this in the trash can when it's full.
